Guys, I am so sorry for being so UTTERLY delinquent in posting updates! Needless to say, I am getting leaner, stronger and more bad ass by the day. ;-) ha ha
So here is the rundown of some of what I did during the last week. Typing rather quickly, so you may have to decipher a bit….
Wednesday 9/28
Conditioning w/ lower emphasis
180# tire flip 25y …. push back …. 20 jump squats … 4 min rest … repeat 5x
Big a** (??kg) huge KB deadlifts x 8 …. unloaded sled sprint 25y … sled walking lunges back … stair suicides … repeat 5x
Run 2 miles and walk on incline for remainder of 30 min
abs
Tuesday 9/25
Active recovery day
Monday 9/24
Narrow bench 1x10 @65 … 1x8 @75 … 1x6 @ 85 …. 2x4 @ 95 (18kg KB gorilla rows x 8 ….. 20 band rows …. rest 4 min btw each set of bench presses)
standing lateral raises 6x6 @ 15
seated shoulder presses 6x6 @ 25
3 sets 10 bicep curls 20#
Racked walking lunges 14kgx2 15 yd down and back x 5 with 2 min rest between
Ran 2 miles at 7.8mph
Abs
Walked 3 miles to coffee shop to work remotely and back 3 miles
Sunday
cardio only day (run in AM 30 min, stair master in PM 30 min)
