It is so important to regularly take a step back & take inventory where we are in life, and how far we’ve come. And all too often, I only find myself doing this when things are rough. But my life has never been more purpose driven or fulfilling, so I feel compelled to really drill down on some of the things that have helped propel me to this point
(Oh - and if you know me at all, you are well aware of my affinity for making lists! haha)

thought I wasn’t smart enough to pass a pro exam // killed it & using my certification for good
lived in the land of cold, gray seasonal depression // moved to a happier land for my mental health
fixated on things over which I had no control // have learned to do the best I can, then let go
hadn’t done anything spontaneous in eons // once again traveling for fun, living more fully
was training 5-6 days a week out of stress // training 3d/wk, adequate rest, +strength gains
was only reading one book every quarter // now finishing one a month
incorrectly assumed mine was a black thumb // growing lush things, feeling accomplished
